Flyknit Tote
The Flyknit Tote is a compact, structured knit tote engineered for brands that want a lightweight carry option with genuine sustainability credentials. Built on knit-to-shape construction, the body is produced as a single engineered piece rather than cut and sewn from panels, which reduces material offcuts, removes most manual stitching, and keeps the silhouette consistent across every batch in an order. The same platform is also produced as a mini hand tote for compact-carry lines. Whether you are launching a private-label capsule or scaling an existing bag program, this flyknit tote is built for OEM/ODM customization from yarn selection to retail-ready packaging.
Why Brands Choose a Flyknit Tote
Lightweight without feeling flimsy,The engineered knit structure weighs far less than woven canvas of equal strength, so a flyknit tote works for retail programs, commuter lines and travel accessories without a bulky feel.
Flyknit Tote OEM/ODM Customization Options

- Packaging: poly bag, gift box, or retail-ready hanging packaging with your barcode and compliance markings.
Every flyknit tote project starts from your tech pack, a reference sample, or even photos with measurements — our engineering team returns a feasibility review and a costed counter-sample plan.
MOQ starts at 500 pcs per colorway for stocked yarns; custom-dyed colors and jacquard patterns require higher quantities, confirmed in the quotation. A first flyknit tote prototype typically takes 1–3 weeks after the tech pack is confirmed, and revised samples come back faster because the knitting program already exists. Bulk lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity, finishing and inspection requirements.
Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality system with a written three-stage QC process: incoming yarn inspection, in-line checks during knitting and assembly, and final inspection against the agreed AQL standard before packing. GRS-certified recycled yarn, third-party inspection and test reports shipped with the goods are available on request, so your sustainability claims are backed by paperwork from yarn to carton on every flyknit tote order.
Send your target quantity, target market and branding ideas — we reply within one business day with a feasibility review, unit costing and a free prototype plan for your flyknit tote.

The body is knitted from a high-tenacity recycled polyester blend chosen for abrasion resistance, colorfastness and shape recovery. Knit density is programmed zone by zone: the base and handle columns carry load while the side walls stay flexible and soft to the touch. Handle anchoring uses a reinforced bonded join, and the base is structured to hold the trapezoid shape under load — both parameters can be tuned to your target capacity during sampling. Every flyknit tote ships with its yarn specification, recycled-content percentage and matching test reports confirmed before bulk production begins.
Standard models are tested to carry up to 15 kg (33 lb) in normal use, verified by static load testing on the finished flyknit tote rather than on fabric swatches alone. For heavier programs we reinforce handle anchoring and base structure at the sampling stage instead of adding weight everywhere. Zipper cycle counts, handle pull strength, body integrity and colorfastness are checked against the AQL standard agreed in your contract on every production run.

The body is knitted from high-tenacity polyester or nylon yarn, with a recycled-content (rPET) option available. Yarns are chosen for abrasion resistance, colorfastness, and shape recovery. Handles are polyurethane or leather with reinforced anchoring, and the base uses a structural insert to hold its shape.
Standard models are tested to carry up to 15 kg (33 lb) in normal use. Handle anchoring and base structure can be reinforced at sampling if your project needs a higher capacity.
Yes. Recycled polyester (rPET) yarn is our standard sustainable option, and GRS-certified yarn is available on request. We confirm the recycled-content percentage and supply chain documentation at sampling so your sustainability claims are backed by paperwork.

MOQ is quoted per colorway rather than per style. Simple designs using stocked yarn start lower, while custom-dyed colors and custom patterns require higher quantities. Share your target quantity and we will confirm MOQ and unit cost.
