flyknit mini hand tote manufacturer
The Flyknit Mini Hand Tote is a compact, structured tote engineered for brands that need a lightweight carry option with genuine sustainability credentials. Built on knit-to-shape construction, the body is produced as a single engineered piece rather than cut and sewn from panels, which reduces material offcuts and keeps the silhouette consistent across a batch.
Material & construction. The body is knitted from recycled-plastic yarn (rPET), typically a high-tenacity recycled polyester blend chosen for abrasion resistance, colorfastness, and shape recovery. Knit density is programmed zone by zone, so the base and handles carry load while the side walls stay flexible. Yarn specifications and recycled-content percentages are confirmed at sampling.
Load capacity. Tested to carry up to 15 kg (33 lb) in normal use. Handle anchoring uses a reinforced bonded join, and the base is structured to hold the trapezoid shape under load; both can be tightened to your target capacity at sampling.

We check stitch density, shape retention, handle pull strength, zipper cycles, and colorfastness. Third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment.
